Who are UK NEQAS CPT Ambassadors?

UK NEQAS Cellular Pathology Technique (CPT) Ambassadors are a dedicated, passionate, expert team of biomedical scientists, technologists, advanced practitioners, clinical scientists, and consultant pathologists, whose extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Cellular Pathology promote best practice and quality initiatives within the workplace, challenging the current standards of diagnostic techniques.


What do UK NEQAS CPT Ambassadors do?

Each UK NEQAS CPT Ambassador has a valuable and significant part to play providing vital Cellular Pathology expertise in founding roles including, Expert Peer Assessors, Specialist Coordinators, Technical Specialists and Educational Practitioners. Each of which provide access to support, advice, training, education, and extensive knowledge, supporting improvement and advances in the science and technology necessary to assure excellence in diagnostics and the quality of care provided to patients.

Individuals who are involved with the Ambassador programme share best practice between them, and contribute to innovation through regular meet ups, supporting their peers in presentations, conferences, and events, with a focus on promoting quality initiatives and improvement.


How do I become a UK NEQAS CPT Ambassador?

We are currently recruiting for individuals to join our Expert Peer Assessment Team in all specialisms. this is open to biomedical scientists, technologists, advanced practitioners, clinical scientists, and consultant pathologists in all Cellular Pathology specialisms, and you can apply today.
