APPEALS
Participants who are dissatisfied with a score received during an assessment may re-submit the originally submitted material for re-assessment. This re-assessment will take place during the next scheduled assessment session.
The UK NEQAS CPT Appeals Process is designed to be fair, transparent, and confidential. Participants may appeal an assessment result if they believe it does not accurately reflect the quality of their submission.

- Available on the UK NEQAS CPT website.
- Both pages (Page 1 and Page 2) must be fully completed.

- A fully completed Appeals Service Form (both pages).
⚠️ Do not submit new or substitute material as part of the appeal.

- Appeals must be submitted before the deadline of the next scheduled assessment session.
- Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Integrity and Confidentiality
UK NEQAS CPT enforces strict standards to uphold the integrity of the appeals process:
- Falsification, alteration, or collusion involving submitted materials is strictly prohibited.
- Any participant suspected of breaching these terms will be suspended pending investigation.
Use of Appeals Data
- Any score changes resulting from appeals may be reviewed with the original assessors for auditing and training purposes only.
