This webinar provides a focus on the more advanced ICC / ISH applications currently being utilised in diagnostic Cellular Pathology. Delegates will acquire the knowledge on the use of routine diagnostic ICC and drug aligned companion diagnostic assays used. After the session, attendees will be able to:

• Understand the appropriate antibodies for the identification of the pathological origins of a tumour and their diagnostic value
• Understand the rationale and pitfalls associated with the demonstration of biomarkers such as HER2, ER, PR, PD-L1, ALK, BRAF and MMR proteins
• Understand the requirements for successful EQA assessment of ICC staining of biomarkers such as HER2, ER, PR, PD-L1, ALK, BRAF and MMR proteins
